Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the paid plans (Super Yapper and Mega Yapper) sold by YapTube.

Delivery

YapTube plans are digital services. Nothing is shipped. Your plan is active on your account within a few minutes of a successful payment.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same date each month, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Plans tab in the extension, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the free Yapper plan. Your handle, friends and saved avatar stay. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded when you cancel. That includes the first payment, renewal payments and partly used months. Accounts suspended for breaking the Terms are not refunded either.

We only return money that should not have been taken:

• Charged by mistake: a duplicate charge, or a charge made after you cancelled, is returned in full.
• Service not delivered: if you paid and the plan was not activated, and we cannot fix it within 3 business days, the payment is returned in full.

Reporting a wrong charge

Email support@yaptube.download from the address on your account with your handle and the payment date. We reply within 2 business days. Money we return goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it. If it still fails, your plan ends and your account returns to the free plan. You are not charged for time you did not have the plan.
